Landfair Avenue

Hi! I’m looking for one or two people (ideally UCLA student(s)) to take over my lease from April 1st to August 1st (move-out July 31st) (4mos aka Spring/Summer quarter).

• Your own room in a 3bd/1bth on Landfair for $1600, or a double room split if you bring a roommate.

• Extras/Furnishings: SO MUCH storage. Fully furnished kitchen and spacious balcony with a table and chairs. Option to buy my bedroom furniture (loft bed, double bed, night table, bookshelf, blackout curtains). Room has lots of light during day and one window. There’s an in-room recessed double closet. Kitchen has oven, toaster oven, dishwasher, water heater for tea, fridge/freezer, toaster, microwave, etc. Bathroom has a tub, shower, storage, etc. Laundry facilities on-site ($1.75 for wash, $1.25 for dry).

• Utilities: Water and trash paid by manager. No heating/AC, but fans and space heaters are really effective. Utility fees (electricity, gas, and wifi) total to about $30/month on non-electricity months and about $45/month on electricity months, which are every other month.

• Other Info: I can give a tour sometime, but you must be willing to Zoom at some point or at least meet my roommates (just for safety purposes). No smoking indoors. No pets.

• Honest Cons: The apartment’s walls are thin. It can get pretty noisy on the weekends so if you need absolute silence to work, keep this in mind. I’ve been using Loop earplugs and they’re usually effective, but I’m particularly sensitive to sound. There is no heating/ac but a space heater or fan is very effective.

The Living Situation: Two fantastic roommates (with their own rooms). Responsive and really great manager.
