Josh's room

Aloha, my name is Josh! I have a furnished room available to rent from March to June in a comfy three-bedroom house in the Kapahulu neighborhood with a view of Diamond Head and downtown Honolulu. It is the master bedroom of the property, so it has its own attached bathroom inside. The property itself has its own washer and dryer (a huge plus in Honolulu) located outside next to a carport and extended driveway that can fit up to three cars. Kapahulu is a beautiful and comfortable neighborhood full of top-rated restaurants and it’s within walking distance of Waikiki.

Due to a family issue I had to move back home but I’ve cleaned and vacated the room I was staying in, it’s ready to move in this month—my two roommates Austin and Elizabeth (and her adorable little dog Snowball) are very chill and kind, and they’re looking for someone to sublease the rest of our contract with through June 30. I’ve already covered my master’s bedroom share of $1000 for March’s rent, so moving in and handling the transfer of paperwork would be a fairly easy process for us to navigate together.
