Private room for rent with shared bathroom. House is 3 bed 2 bath in which 2 males are currently in house we currently both are working from home. Both are respectful and expect the same back. (unfurnished as of now but at request can be furnished)

-Notes: One Private bedroom for rent with shared bathroom all utilities included $900 a month-no other fees just $600 security deposit due up front. Only for one single person. Pets would need to pay additional $25 fee and provide a $200 non-refundable deposit. (Room will be non furnished but I can provide for additional small fee) Lease length minimum 6 months year is preferred. Must pass a minimum background check.

2 males are currently in house both are working from home. Both are respectful and expect the same back. There is also one cat that is in the house.
