Welcome to our property in a Guard Gated Community. You’ll enjoy the Community Pools Tennis courts and Pickle ball plus lots of walking paths. Your private room comes with a king bed and linens, nice walk in closet, desk and chair. Your ensuite is a 3 piece with shower and towels and starter amenities. For you convenience your room is equipped with a Microwave, Nespresso coffee machine and a Electric kettle ( no pods or tea ) . Your room is also equipped a Mimi bar fridge and single dishes and cutlery and glasses for your convenience. You“ll have use of a well equipped house kitchen and the in house laundry facilities. Also you can enjoy the several sitting areas in the great outdoors. We offer a bi monthly housekeeping service for cleaning and washing your bed linens and towels and re making your bed for 100.00 monthly. You must be dog friendly as we have Luca a larger size very friendly dog.

We are a mother and daughter team. Tina (daughter) works 2 jobs and Marsha (mother) only lives in Vegas part time. And oh yes Luca our friendly sweet dog.
