Chen's room

I am looking for a roommate who is clean, quiet, and peaceful (non-drama) professional, who works not from home, and is willing to work with me on allergens when such an occasion arises (see below for the reason). Prefer alcohol free but fine with responsible occasional one drink. Please no loud snoring, tv or music.

$1200 a month for a furnished room. Price includes water/garbage/Wi-Fi/PG&E, in-home laundry and one off-street parking spot. Room comes with a queen bed, bedside drawer and lamp.

I am a semi-retired professional woman in her 50s, work from home. I am sensitive/allergic to chemicals, petroleum-based products, perfumes, smoke (cigarette and others), cats, and pathogens (mold, etc.), so the house is chemical free and clean. I meditate a lot and keep the house very much like a retreat. I eat healthy and exercise regularly being a spiritual and wellness coach.
