Currently looking to transfer my lease. Solis at Winter Park Apartments is a fantastic area that’s conveniently located next to Publix, Starbucks, Full Sail University, multiple gyms and plenty of restaurants. It is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom, renovated kitchen, gigabit internet included in monthly rent. There is a $75 application fee and after you are accepted there is a $200 administration fee. No security deposit is required here. Please message me for more details including the paperwork you will sign for me to turn the apartment over to you as well as any additional photos you’d like. Please note the rooms are not furnished.

This is an interest of transferring the current lease over to new person(s). Both tenants are moving out in 60 days.
