Hello! My name is Khrystina and I am looking to sublet my room through March 2024, with the possibility of a lease renewal. Nov 1st move, possibly sooner, furnished ($2,200) or unfurnished ($2,020).

The room is large and fits a king size bed and loveseat couch. Attached to the room is a large terrace with amazing views of LIC, Greenpoint, and Manhattan. The apartment has an in-unit W/D and dishwasher, and the luxury building has seven lounge areas, rooftop with multiple grills, a bar, lounge chairs, and small and large tables. The building has a two-floor, fully equipped gym, which is currently being renovated and completed prior to your arrival, as well as a basketball court and squash court.

The building is within 5 walk from many trains - N, W, R, M, E, F, G, and 7!! And 10 min from Midtown (MN), Greenpoint (BK), Astoria (QN); and 30 min from Downtown Manhattan and Williamsburg (BK). There are tons of restaurants, bars, grocery stores, pharmacies, fast food (Starbucks, Sweet Green, Chipotle etc.), specialty shops (Trader Joes, etc.), cityMD etc!!

The current roommate is a queer man in his mid-thirties, and works a hybrid schedule (wfh on Fridays only) but otherwise home and to himself. He is extremely clean, considerate, and quiet. He is also super friendly and always welcomes wine nights if you are open!

There won’t be any pets by Nov 1st.
