I am looking for a roommate to move in with me and share my home in Bradenton near 43rd and Cortez Rd. I moved here from VA about a year ago and I am finally starting to get settled. I have 2 small pups that are spoiled rotten. My dogs are well mannered and clean. My roommate would have a room on the opposite side of the house from my room and there is a hallway bath right next to the room that only guests would use when visiting.

A little about me: I am outgoing and active and love the beach and exploring the area! I work restaurant hours in the evenings a few nights a week plus run a photography business. I am pretty busy with work, the house and my pups but I love to go out for brunch, occasional salsa dancing, or live music, festivals and cocktails. If I have the time, I’m open to pretty much anything. I like to stay positive and work towards my goals.

I am looking for a responsible female/male that loves dogs and can keep common areas fairly clean. I like my privacy and will stay out of your way, but it would be nice to have a new friend in this new place and hang out sometimes.

Your portion of the rent is $1100 and includes all utilities and Wi-Fi. Only 15 minutes to beautiful white sand beaches, 8 minutes to downtown Bradenton, 8 minutes to IMG Academy, 5 minutes to Palma Sola Bay, and 20 minutes to downtown Sarasota! Great location.

No smoking or vaping inside the home. No couples or children. Background check, references, stable income and deposit required.

I work evenings and stay up late but the house is quiet in the evenings so I will not disturb you. I love to explore the area and I am very outgoing and positive. I have 2 small dogs so my roommate would have to be okay with dogs and interact with them briefly, but they do not have to go inside your room.
