Private bedroom in a 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom (shared) single-family home on a quiet cul-de-sac. The bedroom is equipped with an independent mini-split for heat and ac needs, has a large closet, and is furnished (optional) with a queen bed, desk, and nightstand.

The fully furnished home is shared with me and my dog. All shared areas include an immaculately kept bathroom, a fully stocked kitchen, living room with tv & books, an adorned outdoor area encompassing both the front and back spaces, complete with furniture and complemented by a beautiful garden. The garage houses a washer/dryer, a small workstation with a standing desk, and plentiful storage. A driveway and ample street parking are available. Located 1.5 miles from SDSU, close to the 94 freeway & I-8 and multiple shopping centers.

I spend a lot of time outdoors and love to hike, bike, yoga, and skate…anything that keeps me moving. I mostly work part-time from home, and part-time away. I like to keep my space tidy. My dog is a big sweet 70lb mutt that sheds a lot…so I sweep a lot. She’s sweet and will love you if you want or leave you be if you ignore her. She will not go into the bedroom unless invited!
