The plan is to move into new house roommate bought on 4-8-24.

My town of Oakland borders Franklin Lakes, Mahwah, Wayne and Pompton Lakes. I am located 1.2 miles from Route 287 and Route 208 which leads to Route 17 or Route 4. Easy commute to work. All highway driving. #197 bus to NYC express runs every 15 minutes and is 2 miles away. Shoprite Supermarket is one minute from my house, Oakland Diner one minute, Oakland center of town is one mile. Starbucks, Dunkin Donuts, Chinese food, pizza place, Great farmers Market, dry cleaners all in town. Oakland has a very nice Farmer’s market in town with lots of fresh fruits and organics. Lots of hiking, mountain biking, lakes, rivers, parks within 5 minutes of my location. Great Oak Park is walking distance and has lots of walking trails.

Easy going household. Keep regular hours. 8am to 5pm. everyone is neat and very clean
