Hey there! My name is Brian and I’m looking for a roommate for my 3br 2.5 ba townhouse. I’m located right behind the Lakeland Mall so everything is within a 5 min drive. Cigarettes are a no go but trees are fine out on the deck. You will have your own room with a walk in closet and a full bathroom to yourself. The cost will be $950. It’ll cover rent, utilities and internet. Wanted to include what the living area looks like on a regular basis and I use the 3rd bedroom for storage that you can utilize as well.
