Ranch style house, but what I am renting is the whole basement which is own room, own bathroom, and a large living space.

I am a single male with one dog. I also have a older Korean couple roommates that live upstairs in one of the rooms. Both of us work early hours, and leave the house by 6am. Both are quiet and keep to ourselves. What I am renting is the whole basement with own room, own bathroom, own living space, but shared kitchen.
