Charlie's room

The room is spacious with ample natural lighting. It’s located on the first hall at the end of a private hall. Bathroom is shared with clean and responsible roommate. The house itself is a large, custom home, with a large dining and living room with a comfy sectional and 65 inch mounted tv. The backyard has 9 fruit trees and a hot tub - all of which you are welcomed to enjoy. :)

I live in the house with 5 other roommates, although it doesn’t feel like it as we have different schedules and the house itself is 3300+ sq feet with 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. We are clean, organized, hard-working, but enjoy having fun and relaxing just as much! We like to cook, play records on our vynil player, watch tv shows, and I rehearse once or twice a week with a music group. Feel free to ask us questions!
