Hello I am a 34 Y/o single mom, this is a 3 bedroom 1 full bathroom 2 half bathrooms townhome. I have a 12 y/o boy who is the quiet helpful and responsible type, he stays in his room playing games all day, I work from home and have 2 little dogs who stay with me at all times so they wouldnt be a bother to anyone, once they get to know you they will warm up to you if you would like them around, if not thats not a problem. You would have your own private room, and all the bills would be included. I would prefer someone nice quiet responsible that keeps to themselves but I am not opposed to socializing or talking :) Serious inquiries only please.
