Currently renting the house and looking to rent out room in a 4 bedroom home. Washer and dryer available. You will share bathroom with one other roommate. Large front and back yard. Dog friendly, no restrictions on breed just need to be able to be around my dog. Utilities will be split between all 3 of us.

I’m very laid back and work a lot and mostly stay to myself. I am currently renting out from main renter and given the opportunity to rent rooms on property. I have a female blue nose pit bull. She is old and sweet and loves people. I work at the shipyard as a structural welder. I’m pretty quiet. Either I’m at work or chillen in my room. I’m friends and pretty social. Please do not hesitate to ask for a tour of the house. I am looking for immediate move in for one room and the second room will be available in a few weeks.
