Semi-retired college professor who works from home seeking someone to share lovely home in the college cultural neighborhood in Flint, Michigan. One block from Mott College, near other universities, and on bus route. Private first floor bedroom and half bath. Full use of living areas. Use of laundry, basement and garage storage. I live primarily on the second floor with my small dog and may consider a pet. Will also consider rent or deposit reduction with assistance with lawn care/gardening. Absolutely no smokers or drug use.
