Bedroom with own bathroom, unfurnished! Room has access to side the patio which offers a side entrance to the house.
Location: Located off Canyon Rim Circle and Rainbow Creek Drive, a very safe and quiet neighborhood, close to Highways 15 and 79. Close drive to Temecula Promenade, every grocery store you can think of Trader Joes, Sprouts, Winco, Costco. Old Town is a quick drive away and a large variety of Temecula Vineyards. The neighborhood is also a 5 minute drive to beautiful Lake Harveston with paddle boats, fishing, convenience store and much more.
House: Has washer and dryer, internet, shared kitchen, a large backyard with a gorgeous sunrise and sunset sky.
Utilities are split amongst roommates.
The house is always kept clean.
No cigarette smoking.
