Travis's room

Classic colonial in the Rosemont neighborhood. Very well maintained home situated on a triple lot with plenty of yard space and an in-ground, heated pool. I have a double living room with wood flooring, gas fireplace, and a cozy window seat. The house has 3 bedrooms, only one of which will be rented out. I (the homeowner) live at the home. If use of another bedroom as an office is desired, that can be arranged.

The one roommate is me, the homeowner. I work hybrid (2-3 days at home per week) at a local company in software. I spend a lot of time outside of work running and cycling, plus have family nearby.
