ROOM: Furnished room is on upper level of split level. Laundry room (lower level), full bathrooms (upper & lower level) and common areas (ground level) are shared. One tenant works security job afternoons/evenings. He is a respectful gentleman who has lived in neighborhood for many years. Other tenants are Roomies members so profiles may be available to other Roomies members.
