Broadway Street

2 bedroom (there is also a 3rd room which can be an office) house on Broadway St in New Orleans (washer/dryer, dishwasher, central air, dishwasher disposal, and backyard). Rent is $750 for each of us. I am going to pay for the utilities and internet which would end up being an extra $150 so it’s a great deal! The other reason is that the room is a bit smaller than the one I stay in. The lease has about 4 months left and am looking to have someone in for April and can do month to month. It is currently furnished but the bedroom is unfurnished.

I’m a 35 year old male who works from home. I’m in E-commerce and sell on Amazon and Ebay. Am willing to coordinate to not be home if either of us would like to have the house to ourselves for some time. Am friendly, clean, and easy to get along with. Thanks!
