East Fountain Boulevard

This property is a tucked-away gem in what would otherwise be known as the ghetto. It is close to Fort Carson and 5 minutes from I-25. It has a pool and a little gym (nothing fancy), but free parking (they rarely tow), and the layout of the buildings is quite like a hotel where you have to have a key to get inside the main part of the building and another for the apartment itself. Maintenance is prompt and the leasing office is pretty understandable and pleasant.

I am a 26-year-old originally from Texas but have lived here for almost 3 years. My ex-boyfriend left over a month ago and I need to find a way to make ends meet. Don’t be alarmed, I am not that far off from making my bills each month, however, I would like to also have funds for things I’m passionate about! I also have 3 ferrets that live with me and roam about the main areas of the apartment. If you decide you would like to move in with me the only furniture you will need is for your room, the rest of the apartment is fully furnished.
