About the room
Hi!,
Our names are George and Alfonso. We are two clean but really chilled roomies that are looking for a 3rd in a really lovely apartment in Greenpoint close to the G and L train . LGTBQ+ friendly . I am a Spanish MS teacher . The room is available for March 1st and we need one month deposit.
The house is amazing we have washer and dryer in the basement and a lot of space (including a huge garden) The rent usually does not go up a lot , is a great gem in Brooklyn!
The place looks a little bit messy now bc my roomie is moving and a lot of the furniture was his but we hope to create a new home full of warmth :)
