Room available in luxury apartment community in Rockville. The room is furnished and there is plenty of closet space. Roomie MUST BE A WOMAN, like dogs, and be very clean. Respect is important. I am looking for someone I can get along with and understands the importance of communication.

There are a lot of amenities in the apartments including: gym, pool, rooftop, club room and office center.

*No smokers or party-goes please. My community is very quiet so lots of noise and company will not work.

I’m a 40-something empty-nester who has lived in Maryland since 2021. I typically work from but I have decided to rent my home office/ spare room to a responsible person for the short term. I live alone with my pup Magic (Shih Tzu).

I am an introvert who loves movies and music. I also enjoy a cigar every once in a while on the balcony.
