I have a room for rent in my north warren home (proof of vaccination required), 13 Mile / Schoenherr area, Very close (1 mile) from the GM World Headquarters. The room comes furnished if desired. Rent is $550 a month (1st and last month due at move-in, altho I’m willing to work with most on this) and is due on the 1st of every month plus a 3rd or 4th of the water, electric, gas bill, and cable/high-speed internet…which will usually be an extra $110 to $140 depending on the season and the number of roommates. If you have a drinking problem please don’t bother contacting me about the room and yes, needing a drink daily is a problem. Renters will have access to the whole house in this quiet neighborhood. I don’t mind smokers but I would ask if you do smoke that you do so outside or in the garage. I’m a very laid-back easy-going person. NO PETS / NO COUPLES. If you are interested you can call or text (Texting works best since I stream 10 hrs a day) anytime between 11 am - 10 pm (Darrell is my name). Also, if you are familiar with Twitch, Crypto, NFT’s, or a Gamer this is what we are seeking since 2 of us stream so you’ll be moving into a streaming house that’s growing on Twitch (a PC Gamer is what we want most, but console players are welcome)…Contract GM workers that don’t stream are more than welcome as well since I’m within 1 mile from the World Headquarters.
