Private room and bathroom in beautiful 2 bed/2 bath condo in Indio. Summerbreeze is a gated community with 3 pools and hot tubs and is centrally located, close to the Polo Club/Coachella, and loads of shops and restaurants. The community is quiet and made up mostly of families.

I am a paralegal working from home 3 days a week and in LA 2 nights a week. This is my first home, so I take pride in decorating it and keeping it clean, comfy and stylish. There is a working fireplace, and the tall ceilings and architecture help make it look roomy and bright. I am happy to make friends and hang out or give you space and privacy, whichever you prefer. You have your own flat screen TV with Roku (Apple, Prime, Netflix, Showtime, HBO, Hulu) and there is a bed, 2 side tables with lamps, and a dresser. You can use all my kitchenware (everything you need should be there, as I like to cook), and all the appliances are new. Your full bath has a large new washer and drier. I go to the gym most nights and weekends you will find me hiking or going on short trips out of town, when you would have the place to yourself. You must be okay with cats, as I have them. They are shy and mostly stay in my room or perched at the window watching the hummingbirds.
