Shared bathroom between both rooms on the second floor, we also have a kitten, so any animals must be fine with another one. A max of 2 extra pets is probably the most I’d be comfortable with

Located in a quiet neighborhood by Coit and Preston. Has a decent sized yard where my garden lives. Two Rooms available now with shared Bathroom. I can rent out the entire second story to couples who want privacy for $1580. Second Floor has an extra room for an office or whatever you like, so you’d be getting 3 rooms to yourselves. No exceptions, not renting less than 1580

Bedroom is a decent size, about 11ft by 10ft. Enough room for a King Size bed along with nightstands on each side and shelves. See photos No kids, no couples unless you’re ok with paying $1580 for both of you together

About the house: It’s in a very quiet nice are in Plano next to Coit and West Park Blvd. Known for its good food and healthy lifestyle, Plano is also located in a good area that’s in the center of most places, Frisco, Colony, Lewisville, Irving, Galleria is all about 18-30 depending on traffic. Lots of bus stops and 10 minutes from UTD so college students welcome. We also have a 7 month old kitten! Looking to rent the two upstairs bedrooms for $820 each plus utilities. Good credit score preferred or a co-signer (640+) and a background check is also required. Poor credit applicants must sign a contract with us and pay a deposit equal to first months rent to prevent flaking

We’re a bf/gf (29m/26f) that generally keep to ourselves but occasionally go out to dinner and have game nights, movie night, bowling nights among others. We prefer to keep our roommates roughly the same age range. We’re both the traditional nerds, anime, video games, and have occasional BBQ’s (I Love to smoke meats) etc (my room tells all lol) we’re both clean people and clean after ourselves, and hope you are too and respect each others spaces.
