I will be looking to rent out my master bedroom. Room is mine not the one you will be renting, it’s much bigger. Has a decent sized yard and we have one dog. Move in is May but may be earlier since current roommate is likely to leave before then. Bedroom size is 11 x 14 About the house: It’s in a very quiet nice are in Plano next to Coit and West Park Blvd. Good area that’s in the center of most places, Frisco, Colony, Lewisville, Irving, Galleria is all about 18-30 depending on traffic. Lots of bus stops and 10 minutes from UTD so college students welcome. Looking to rent the Master Bed for $900 plus utilities.

We’re two guys that generally keep to ourselves but occasionally go out to dinner and have game nights, movie night, bowling nights among others. We’re both the traditional nerds, anime, video games etc (my room tells all lol) we’re both clean people and clean after ourselves, and respect each others spaces. If you’re interested let me know!
