Private room and bath in beautiful 3 BR townhome in upscale quiet community. Close to all major shops in Algonquin area. Full use of the house excluding master BR and bath. The bedrooms are on the second level. The main level has a family room, eat in kitchen, large foyer and laundry room. You are welcome to use anything on the main level. A refrigerator will be provided to you for your food items that need to be refrigerated. A shelf will also be provided to you in the pantry for any other food storage. Closet and dresser in private bedroom are empty and ready for your items. There is also a linen closet in the bathroom as well as a bathroom cabinet for you to store your personal items. I live alone with my small Chiweenie dog. I have 2 older children that are on their own but visit on occasion. The house is unoccupied during the day as I work but my dog roams free all day. Unfortunately I can not take on another pet. I do not smoke so I do not allow smoking in my home.
