Room in a beautiful Court House townhouse available in mid-April! We’re looking for a female roommate to take over my room in a huge, 4-floor townhouse in Court House. The top-floor room has a huge window, walk in closet with another window, and shares a double vanity bathroom with one other roommate - the only other roommate on that floor. The house has 3 1/2 bathrooms and a huge updated kitchen with an island that’s great for cooking!

This townhouse is part of the Bell at Courthouse apartments, which includes access to front desk services, a pool in the summer and a gym with cardio machines (including Echelon and Schwinn bikes), weight machines and dumbbells. It is located less than 10 minutes walking to the Court House metro, and less than 10 minutes to Whole Foods and the downtown Court House area with tons of shops, restaurants and bars. Clarendon and Trader Joe’s are less than 15 minutes away.

Note: rent does not include utilities, which average about $75-100 including internet and a monthly cleaning service.

The roommates are 4 mid-twenties ladies who love to get together sometimes for happy hours and group hangouts. We all alternate working at home and going into the office, but the house is big enough that it never feels crowded. I’ve loved living here and will be sad to leave, but you’ll be in good hands!
