Hi my names Nina and my friend name is Lola. We are upcoming sophomores at vcu and we have a house in mind to rent! It’s a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom house with a backyard and porch. We are super chill and would prefer people around our age. I have a larger emotional support dog who is awesome and 2 cats so you must be ok with animals. The rent is $750 a month and me and my roommate are paying 3,000 to reserve the house so if you end up becoming our roommate you would have to pay 1/4 if that as we payed your part in advance!
