Building:

This is a private room available in the basement level of Warrington apartments. The building is over a hundred years old, the district being in the National Register of Historic Places. It features hardwood floors, a protected courtyard, and laundry room (about $2 per load). Walkable to civic center and Powell street station, muni, and many bus stops (27, 2, 38, 38r, 19). Within a block from many produce and liquor stores, cafes, delis, and restaurants.

Apartment :

The apartment is located in the basement of the building on ground level. It is 3 bed 1 bath, and faces Post Street with windows along the kitchen, living room, and the available bedroom. The convenience of being on street level does come with street noise. Both the living room and bedroom feature hardwood floors. The bathroom is spacious with a clawfoot tub. The kitchen has been remodelled and has a dishwasher.

Available Bedroom:

The bedroom is off of the living room: 80 ft² with 35 ft² walk-in closet. Closet has a rod for hangers and a large shelf. The room features two windows and a radiator. The water pipes that run to the radiators through the apartment make occasional sounds.

We are both art school students working part-time. We are friends, so are often in the common areas/cooking together/ having people over. We also have a rabbit! She is very friendly and when we are home she roams freely in the shared spaces.

We are looking for someone with a similar student lifestyle, smoke friendly, easygoing, and bunny friendly.
