Basil's room

Hey there! My name is Basil. I’m a new homeowner, and on the search for a roommate. The house is located in the Park Hill area of Denver, with street parking, easy access to the highway, easy access to public transportation, and is close to downtown Denver. The master bedroom is in the basement, which is where I’m at, but the main level has 2 available bedrooms and a full bathroom. I’m open to renting out both rooms if you need extra space for an office or anything like that, and can talk about the accommodations if you’re interested in that. The only shared space would be the backyard and kitchen/dining area. I do not cook a ton, but I don’t mind if you do.. maybe even leave me some ;) The house is also equipped with WiFi, and a security system. I’m happy to answer any questions you have, and possibly meeting beforehand! :)

I’m a new homeowner, and live by myself at the moment. I’m hardworking, clean, and organized, and would prefer you to be as well! I’m not high maintenance, I’m open to pets, smoking, and having friends over. Feel free to ask any questions!
