$800/mo + $500 refundable security deposit. Utilities are capped at $300. The remainder will be split with roomies. Wifi and trash are included. Solo occupancy only. No pets, no overnight guests, no smoking. Street parking only.
The property will be shared with working professionals. We are looking for respectful tenants.
Very close to 60 & 215 FWY, Moval mall, Riverside University Health Hospital, UCR, & March Air Base.
Amenities: Full kitchen with basic utensils, refrigerator, washer/dryer, WiFi, central AC/Heating, smart lock, and front door security camera.
Minimum requirements: 620 credit score, clean background check, proof of income (make 3x the amount of rent a month), 1 year lease preferred.
