Room Details:

Room $800 a month with a $100 non-refundable deposit which is for agreement, background check, and hold of room Room includes water, lights, washer/dryer, internet, shareable kitchen, and private bathroom Will do month-to-month, 6-month, or 1-year lease with 30 days prior to leaving before the next month’s rent is due. The house has two other roommates right now with a dog. The room will be completely empty before moving in.
