Bailey's room

I have a room in my house in Englewood I am looking to fill. The house is a 3 bed/2 bath and has a yard, parking, WiFi, etc. I’m not in a hurry and I want to make sure it’s a good fit for both of us. It’s fine if you have a dog as long as they get along with my two pups. They live in the garage/yard while I’m at work, so they won’t bother you unless you want them to. I would also be absolutely willing to discount rent if you are open to helping with the dogs occasionally on the weekend.

I am flexible on rent, as long as I can find someone I enjoy living with! I don’t smoke, and would prefer you not smoke (in the house) either. I drink, but usually just wine in the evenings and very rarely have people over. I am an attorney in Denver, and I stay pretty busy during the week and weekends, so having someone just be there would be a big help.
