I’m looking for a room mate to split rent with. I live in Enola PA and don’t need the extra room in my apartment.

The apartment includes a basement, downstairs bathroom, upstairs bathroom, and a nice deck on the first floor! Both bedrooms are upstairs.

I work from home and will mostly be in my room all day. On weekends I have buddies over or watch my son. But overall, I live a pretty quiet lifestyle.

Some highlights:

• Lots of extra storage space in the basement if needed
• Washer and dryer for your use
• Good WiFi
• TV / Xbox you can use if you want
• Kitchen / cooking accessories you can use if you want

Current roommate will be moving out in 1-2 weeks. I’m a 26 year old guy and have my own marketing business that I run from my apartment. Let me know if you have any other questions!
