$675 includes utilities/trash/internet! Looking for a female tenant to join my house! I have an unfurnished bedroom in an 800sf+ basement available as soon as May 25.

I own the house and live upstairs, you would share the entrance, kitchen, and laundry with me, and you will share a bathroom and living space with one other tenant in the basement. Mini sort of kitchenette set up in the large laundry room. Centrally located in the quiet Venetian Village neighborhood, near Fillmore and Union. No smoking. Single adults only, female strongly preferred.

Option to rent both basement rooms available, if interested.

Ideal renter: Female who is relatively clean, quiet, respectful, responsible, and has lived with others before. Ideally a working professional who works outside of the home. Must be ok with dogs as there is one very friendly one living here and other visit on occasion (no additional dogs or cats will be considered, small caged animal considered with additional non refundable deposit might be). Occasional guests welcome, but no big parties. No smoking/vaping.

Current tenants are young professional women in their 20s and 30s. We are introverted but friendly, relatively tidy, but not total neat freaks, with a variety of hobbies. And of course some super friendly pups that will not be in your basement space, but will always enthusiastically greet you at the door.
