This listing is for a private bedroom and bathroom in a 2 bed 2 bath condo complex. The home is fully furnished, excluding the room for rent. Amenities include a washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge, stove, pool, spa, sauna, tennis court, outdoor picnic tables, and small gym. There are several parks near the complex and we are less than 1.5 miles from the beach and downtown Oceanside. We are open to allowing pets, if you are a responsible pet owner, your pet is well-behaved, and they get along with my pets (dog & cat).

We are currently in school full-time remote, extremely active, and love to travel, there are times when we’ll be home for a month and then gone for 2 months. we take our dog everywhere so she is extremely social and a pretty high priority for us. My husband is an excellent cook and I enjoy cleaning so we maintain a pretty balanced home.
