Erra May's room

I have a small room with closet and a window ready to rent out by May 1st. I’ll let you own the living room as well since I don’t have that much furniture. The kitchen will be shared as well as the bathroom. The rent will be $675 + utilities + $60 wifi (utilities are approx $70-$100 depending on electricity) We can discuss house chores if you decided to move in!

I will not go to your room or touch your stuff in your absence and will respect your privacy at all times and will expect you to do the same to me. I will allow you to change the doorknob to keep your belongings safe.

I am very clean, respectful and quiet. I cook all the time and always shares my food. I rarely invite someone to my room if I do I’ll let you know in advance. I work full time and will always pay my bills on time! My hobbies are making videos, cooking, hiking, shopping etc.

I don’t party. I drink maybe 1-2x a month. I’m a workaholic, I hangout with friends like 2-3x a week depending on how busy I am but I stay at home most of the time.
