I have a furnished room in a two bedroom apartment for rent in a gated community of Reserve Way in Naples. It’s on the first floor and has a very comfortable king bed and a walk in closet. The bathroom is shared with me. Available on May 1st. It’s available for a short or a longer term. 2-3 months possible too. Talk to me if you need a place for a shorter or longer period. Centrally located, in the exclusive resort style gated community at the Reserve in North Naples, everything is near by: Walmart, Publix, Target and all the restaurants and bars, 10 minutes away from the beach. The unit has a newly remodeled kitchen and bathroom as well as new AC. There are a washer and a dryer in the unit.

I’m looking for responsible and clean roommate, with full time job or a student and clean background to share my beautiful apartment. You will have only one roommate and it’s myself. No smoke, no drugs inside of the unit. Please treat the place with respect. Must pass the association background check and fees are $150.
