About the room
Location is a 3 minute walk from Grand Avenue in Marshall TX 75670. Bed Frame and side tables are provided. Must have your own mattress and window type aircon unit for your room use. Utilities included (water and electricity for lighting) including WIFI internet connection for surfing, but not for gaming speeds. Note that there will be additional $50.00 monthly charge for aircon use electricity of a 5000-6000 BTU window aircon unit.
About the roomies
I am currently temporarily retired and would accept quiet and absolutely NO DRAMA co-inhabitants in my home. Rental is monthly term only and is renewable based on our compatibilities and with other room mates. Responsible personal hygiene and cleaning after yourself will determine your eligibility to continue our rental agreement.
