The house in question is brand new, the room has it’s own closet and hall closet as well as its own bathroom and comes unfurnished or furnished with a TV, bed and dresser if desired. The common area is a modern and updated kitchen and living room. The house is in the suburbs so it’s very quiet. ADT Security is installed and up to date. A great place for students or military.
