Duplex house with a two car garage. Lovely quiet neighborhood with a sidewalk close to town. We are located in the back of the neighborhood with a decent backyard and screen door to the porch. Currently working on turning the garage into a lounge and craft room.

You’ll be free to paint your room as long as you return it to a neutral once you move out. Bathroom will be shared with Devon as well as it being the “main” bathroom of the house.

There are currently three of us splitting rent and utilities, we would like a fourth to help minimize costs. The price here reflects the rent cost per person. Total rent a month is $1,300

I’m Star, I absolutely love art and making things!! While I also play video games I’m more of the cosy gamer as my favorite game is minecraft! My boyfriend, Jeremy, is big on video games like Destiny and he enjoys making bread. Devon loves to collect anime figures and game as well!

We have two cats which is the lease limit. I started a garden last year so if you’re interested we can both plant and tend to it. 🐌🏳️‍⚧️🐛
