Medina's room

4 level townhouse/apartment. Front door you’re in the kitchen, stairs down to lower bedroom with bathroom in suite. Up a few stairs to living room. More stairs up to 2nd master and bathroom but bathroom is right outside the bedroom instead of in. Two parking spots, one in lower lot and one in the upper lot around the back of the building. On site laundry. May have room in on site storage too if needed.

Ex moving out. I’m chill. Pretty easy going just don’t be an asshole and we’re good. I’d be cool with pets. I’m mostly concerned about my cat right now. She’s super old. I want her to live the time left peacefully but if they met and got along, who knows.
