Kathy's room

A HUGE newly finished and furnished room in the basement of my East York home. It is the size of 3 of my upstairs rooms with sleeping, dining, and living areas in one big space. You have your own private space. You enter through the garage and only take one step through my area of the house. There is a private bath, refrigerator, and microwave. After I know we are a good fit, my kitchen can be used for meal preparation. I could allow crock pots, Instapots, and toaster ovens if used responsibly. Please note, this room is down a set of steps that I find a bit steep but most people have no trouble navigating. The room has only one small window but has great lighting and is not dismal or dark.

I am a retired teacher who can respect privacy. Loud noise, parties, and drama are not welcome. I have only rented to females but would consider a male housemate or a quiet living couple. Interviews will take place prior to decision making. General cleanliness is expected. Monthly payment is expected on time each month. Sorry, no smoking, even if outside.
