They are wonderful.

I have lived here for almost 2 years and I love area and the fact that the price can’t be beat for the amount of space. I work from home and travel occasionally for work. I play tennis and keep a relatively tame schedule (now). I’m tidy (in the common areas) and you should be the same. I moved to Wilmington a few years ago and really love it. I grew up in big cities and it’s quite a change. Current roommate is taking the couch and other downstairs furniture. My ex got the couch prior to her moving in. If you have furniture-that’s awesome! Pets okay with additional deposit per pet. You will need to complete an application with the property owner and sign a lease.
