About the room
I am a traveling professional, single with no kids, and don’t drink, party, or smoke. I am not utilizing this site for dating, as I am looking for a genuine roommate for my three-bedroom, two-bath house.
The house is 3 miles from the GSP airport, off Highway 14. The home is relatively new, and I am the owner and only occupant. I don’t have any pets or kids.
The house has a smart thermostat, a monitored alarm system, and one space available for parking in the garage. All utilities are included, and (high-speed) wifi is available throughout the house.
The bedroom is unfurnished; however, the rest of the house is furnished and unrestricted for use.
Additionally, I live like my house to be clean and picked up, so I prefer someone who is looking for the same.
