beautiful,spacious rooms in house, bathroom outside of rooms, spacious closet in rooms. This is a very quiet area, there is a divers pool on property, there is parking space available, tenants will have the use of washing and drying machines . This house is in close proximity to shopping areas restaurant and the theme parks. Sorry because of allergies no pets or smoking is allowed in the house or on the property. Wi fi is available throughout the house. These rooms would be perfect for traveling nurses, students or business professionals.

One side of the house is occupied by a very quiet couple who are business professionals who work outside the home and is usually on the go. The home is usually clean and would expect the roommate to respect the efforts also.
