Clean and furnished house with fenced in 1 acre back yard and an in-ground pool.

I’m a mother of a 11 month old baby. Your bedroom is on the opposite side of the house; however, she doesn’t fuss much at all and is in bed by the latest 9pm. Looking for quiet roommates due to the fact I have a young daughter and will be starting nursing school in the fall. I also have the most lovable black lab who only ever wants to play ball. I like things to be neat and clean, me and my daughter have very little material items. Before I gave birth I actually lived on a sailboat, which required me to live minimally and I will continue to do so. I like to read, go out in nature and spend lots of alone time! Me and my daughters father have a great relationship so there will never be any arguing, cursing and or tension in this house and I’d like it to stay that way with whomever comes into the house.
