Need someone to take over my lease because I moved into a house. It’s $645 a month. Two bedroom but you have a roommate. The roommate is barely ever there. It’s very quiet. Apartment complex is The Gates at Valdosta. I have one of the lowest rents for the 2 bedroom. They just upped the price on some people. All utilities are included plus the apartment is furnished with a bed, desk, couches and everything. You have your own bathroom as well. They are also very easy going if you don’t have good credit.
