We are in search of a new roommate. Must have proof of job and income, and have a vehicle.

The house currently is family style so we have been all pitching in for things like groceries, laundry items, and cleaning supplies. We watch trendy shows together and sometimes make dinner for the house. We play games and even decorate for the holidays just to give a few examples.

No pets

You will be responsible for your own furniture for your room.

Guests are fine as long as everyone is aware prior.

Consumption of adult beverages Alcohol/Marajana are allowed.

Move in day would be sometime in MAY so this gives you time to think things over and for us all to maybe get a plan together. Myself and my other roommate Tony are hoping for a simple transition and will help in any way that we can.
